apkmaz11 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any game on apkmaz11, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all sections of the apkmaz11 platform including Sports betting, Casino, Bingo, the Game Lobby, Deposit services and the mobile App. Where specific sections have additional rules, those rules apply alongside these general Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use apkmaz11. This is a strict requirement and is not subject to exception under any circumstance. apkmaz11 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Where there is reasonable doubt about a player's age, the account will be suspended pending verification.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must not register or play on behalf of another person, including a minor.
• You must not allow any other person to use your apkmaz11 account.
• apkmaz11 may request proof of age such as a CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification at any time.
• Any account found to have been used by a minor will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on apkmaz11. You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Registration details must match your actual identity. Name changes after registration require verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must notify apkmaz11 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• apkmaz11 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at its discretion, including where fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or operate your account — is not permitted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on apkmaz11 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. Supported methods may be updated from time to time and the current list is displayed in the Deposit section.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts may be declined and any associated winnings voided.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• apkmaz11 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Any deposit made in error must be reported to support promptly. apkmaz11 does not guarantee the ability to reverse a completed deposit.

5. Sports Betting Rules

The Sports section of apkmaz11 covers Cricket including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, test matches and domestic fixtures, as well as Football, Esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform offers a specific cash-out option for that market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market, which are published in the Sports section.
• Live in-play bets are processed as quickly as possible, but apkmaz11 cannot guarantee bet acceptance during fast-moving play. Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded will be void.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are shown at the point of bet placement.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical issue — will not be honoured. apkmaz11 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds.
• Winnings from sports betting will be credited to your apkmaz11 PKR balance after the relevant event has been settled.

6. Casino & Games

The Casino section includes live dealer tables, slots and table games. The Bingo section offers live draw rooms. The Game Lobby provides additional game categories. The following rules apply across all game types.

• All games on apkmaz11 use certified random number generation (RNG) where applicable. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time.
• Game outcomes are final once the round is complete. Disputes regarding game results must be raised with support within 72 hours of the relevant session.
• Technical faults during a game session — such as a disconnection — will be handled according to the platform's disconnection policy, which is to settle the hand or round at its natural conclusion where possible.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within each game.
• apkmaz11 reserves the right to withdraw any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

apkmaz11 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all promotions.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household and per device unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the promotion terms.
• apkmaz11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Attempts to abuse bonus structures — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to specific games or sections of the platform as stated in the promotion terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on apkmaz11. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or financially fraudulent activity.
• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or apkmaz11 staff.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

apkmaz11 operates monitoring systems across all platform sections and cooperates with payment processors and relevant authorities where fraud or criminal activity is identified.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the apkmaz11 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces and software — is the intellectual property of apkmaz11 and is protected accordingly. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works based on any apkmaz11 content without prior written permission.
• You may not use the apkmaz11 brand, logo or name in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Scraping, data mining or automated collection of platform content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

apkmaz11 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access, the platform does not guarantee that services will always be available, error-free or free from technical interruptions.

• apkmaz11 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions to service.
• apkmaz11 is not responsible for losses arising from your own decisions regarding bet placement, game choices or deposit amounts.
• To the maximum extent permitted, apkmaz11's total liability in any situation is limited to the amount of your most recent deposit.
• apkmaz11 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data

apkmaz11 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Personal data collected during registration — including your name, date of birth and contact details — is used for account management, identity verification and transaction processing.
• Payment information is handled securely and is not stored in full on apkmaz11 servers beyond what is necessary for transaction processing.
• apkmaz11 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Responsible Gaming

13. Account Termination

Either you or apkmaz11 may close an account at any time, subject to the following conditions.

• You may request account closure by contacting support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally. Any remaining PKR balance after settlement will be returned to your registered payment method.
• apkmaz11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account where a breach of these Terms is identified, where fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, or where required by applicable circumstances.
• Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• apkmaz11 may also close an account during a verification process where requested documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Changes to These Terms

apkmaz11 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided on the platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the apkmaz11 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
